       Evaluate and redesign specialist safety, health & environment training packages for presentation and delivery to entire Lucite personnel and site contractors. Topics comprising of “Line of Fire”, “Site Golden Rules” and various custom-made mechanical disciplines. Deliver overhaul induction programmes to persons prior to commencing work for Lucite International Overhaul and also induction “refreshers” to Lucite personnel as and when required. Part of the steering group successfully coordinating and planning training elements for Lucite 2011 Overhaul.
