      Responsible for managing a Brigade Property Book valued at over $942 million dollars with 100% accountability.Saved the Brigade over $2 million dollars by identifying and cross leveling excess MTOE (Modification Table of Organization and Equipment) Equipment.Supervised/Mentored 4 US Soldiers; 3 Korean National Soldiers in the Property Book overseeing the processing of over 100 error free transactions daily.Assisted in the Force Integration of the 1 BCT (Brigade Combat Team) new equipment fielding valued at over $8 million of essential equipment for the brigade.Assisted in maintaining the 1 BCT MTOE (Modification Table of Organization and Equipment) and Authorization documents consisting of six battalions and two separate companies.Brief all incoming and outgoing commanders to ensure they understand the inventory procedures for Change of Command inventories. Maintained over $3.5 million of equipment while deployed in support of Operation OIF II. As the FOO (Field Ordering Officer) was responsible for receiving and tracking funds up to $10,000 monthly from the finance office to obtain much needed supplies from the local vendors for missions and unit day to day operations with no losses or discrepancies. Redeployed with 100% accountability of all equipment which was valued at $2.5 million ensured all stay back equipment was identified and transferred to the incoming unit. Upon redeployment maintained accountability of $6 million dollars worth of supplies and equipment during inactivation of old unit and activation of the new unit. Responsible for supervising supply operations, monitors property distribution and redistribution, plan and track all subsistence, lodging, transportation and supply requirements for all mobilized soldiers within the Brigade.Analyzed statistical data and reports to ascertain trends, conformance to standard directives and efficacy of operations. Maintained accountability of all property books totaling in excess of millions of dollars with no discrepancies or losses. Saved the government $100,000 by recycling and reusing equipment with in the Brigade. Successfully coordinated with Department of Army Lodging Success Program housing 200 ACRC soldiers in Leased Housing/Hotels for missions to Fort Bragg, NC; Ft McCoy, WI and Camp Shelby, MS that resulted in adequate housing during these missions.
