  Recruit students from 12 western states, Hong Kong, and southern China by counseling students and sharing information about the application, financial aid, and matriculation processes. Annually evaluate ~1,200 first-year applications and plan recruitment programs to increase the enrollment of students who identify as first-generation, low-income, or people of color. Train 37 staff members on holistic admission review; redesign the non-academic review process; train 6 new admissions counselors; hire, train, and supervise 15 interns in newly designed role. Brainstorm creative yield strategies including videos, blog posts, podcast episodes, student panels, and personalized outreach to enroll increasingly talented and diverse incoming classes. Show less
