  Spent a summer working with the extremely smart & upbeat team at Pulte Homes in beautiful Summerlin, Las Vegas. This internship gave me the opportunity to build my skills in customer service working with a diverse customer-base. This role involved gaining the trust of the customers as they would regularly invite us into their home to help find solutions to issues they faced in the first year of owning their new home. What set this internship apart from any other was this was a hands-on, completely out-of-office, internship with 98% of the work happening on the job site. While I was working with Pulte Homes during this internship, my mentor became the top customer service manager in Las Vegas and the area I worked within (Summerlin) became ranked #1 in terms of customer satisfaction for the entire company. Two lessons taught:1. Honest, customer-focused work pays off; and2. Being able to get your hands dirty can be the key to your own success. Show less
