  Being a member of a 15 member marketing team that has been working on various tasks regarding bank's marketing strategy. Throughout past 4 years we, as a team, have dealt with many different tasks, from product development through designing websites and apps, managing social media, shooting video spots to executing bank's huge CSR projects. Me, personally, I've dealt with and held partial responsibility for projects such as 'Hon za pokladem' (transl. 'Find the treasure'; www.honzapokladem.cz), which was an outdoor project for families with kids, in the area of executing or 'Vylepsete si Sporku' (transl. 'Improve our bank together' www.vylepsetesisporku.cz) in the area of managing online administration. There have been many other different more or less complex tasks that we've worked on, so it is not possible (and needed) to describe all of them, but it's been and still is an great experience which has given me a wider picture of how can marketing department in the biggest bank of Czech republic operate and also opened the doors to the marketing world. The topics of the cases ranged from market entry strategy, innovative product placement or finding alternative applications for an existing product or technology. We got our hands on how companies deal with new business ideas on daily basis and had the chance to transfer our theoretical knowledge into a practical approach.
