  I have expert knowledge of relevant policies, systems, work practices and professional guidelines. For example, using NEC and JCT for appointment of contractors and consultants. I have excellent skills in ICT such as using Microsoft applications (office 2016/365), Atamis (procurement project, contract, spend and supplier management system) and Pro-Contract (e-sourcing system). I also use zoom as a tool to work from home.Management of service level agreements, development and writing of memorandum of understanding (MOU).
