I have sound political, social and cultural knowledge of the country; good technical skills to understand and consolidate varying security specializations such as electronics, communications, information technology and other sophisticated devices used in large institutions. Ability to make quick-decisions in emergencies and the use of sound judgment according to the level of risk involved in each particular situation are strong character traits. Summery: •Hold Masters’ degrees in Philosophy, Sociology, Defense Studies, Business Administration & Political Science beside B.Sc. and LLB. Also hold post graduate diplomas in Business Administration, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and Safety & Security Management. •Thirty five years’ experience (including Army) in the field. •Attended more than two dozen overseas seminars on Industrial Security and Crime Prevention as moderator, panelist and key speaker. •Various articles are published in related magazines and internet sites. •Received most coveted ‘Best Security Manger’ award on 30th August 2007 by Security Today, a leading niche magazine for the protection industry. The award is testimony of untiring efforts, constant application of noble approaches in security management, innovation and leadership in the profession. Has been recognized in past too for the similar qualities and was awarded ‘Best Security Manager’ in 2002 and ‘Best Security Operation Manager’ in 2004. •Given ‘Certification of Recognition’ and awarded as ‘Best Security Practitioner’ in GAIL in year 2009. •Recipient of “Award of Fellowship (FISM)”. I have been responsible for fleet-management of variety of army transport vehicles (light, medium and Heavy).
