      As a trainee, we were rotated among the different teams of the Technical department for three months for complete exposure to the overall network.I was attached for two months with the Core team of the company gaining exposure to our packet switching network, circuit switching network, international roaming and the online charging system. For one month I was with our Network Operations team gaining exposure and knowledge of our BTS equipments (Installation/Maintenance). After this rotation with the Core Netwok team, I was assigned to our Radio Access Network team in which I rotated amongst the different teams, firstly with our Network Optimization team, then to our BSS team and finally to our transmission team.
