I was one of the 150 awardees in Batch 7, selected from 16,000+ applicants all over Indonesia. In the past 2 years, I have gained many insights and learnings from well-designed workshops to enhance my skills in 3 core competencies of XLFL: effective communications, entrepreneurship, and innovation, and managing change. I also had a hands-on experience in building an IoT project from ideation to production named Beebee, a smart solution to increase honey production by providing a real-time monitoring and optimization in apiary's temperature and humidity. Inside the program, there are two phases which give trainings majorly based on "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey.
