  I'd been held the competition, it is LGE Code Jam 2015. LG Coding Experts were being drafted through this competition, and then I lead them. We make and operate some events like hackathon, study groups, curriculums for SW developers in LGE. And also I renewed a design of LGE Code Jam site in this year. I supported to decision making through the prototyping. I made a prototyping for new design concept of webOS TV. I used to low fidelity tools and high fidelity tools (like framer, html and css) for this project. I used to papers to decision making about new design concept from the top. Also, I made and lead a paper prototyping workshop, I applied this process to LG Store in webOS TV. LG EGG Task in Future Challenger 1th.I was responsible to facilitate a team as a scrum master. After I involved, I also made a requirement based on user story. It was our first challenge what we work like a startup inside LG. Visualize the solutions as user story based on the business value it delivered I'd ported Kanban to webOS 1.0 TF. Each members were developer who took care of their function themselves. As a result, processing velocity reduced to 25%.
