      Alicia CuervoFounder and Owner of Yin Yang Yoga CenterE-RYT 200 Certified Prana Flow Yoga Instructor My first certifications are through YogaFit, which provided a great foundation to build upon. After several years of practice and teaching, I found myself craving more. In fall of 2010, drawn to a deeper, organic style of yoga coupled with the ancient health care of Ayurveda, I stumbled upon an amazing teacher named Maria Garre. Under her tutelage I completed an additional 200 hour training in Shiva Rea's fluid power yoga, taught by Maria. The combination of fluid power yoga, Ayurvedic balancing, ancient chant and vibration all assist with a deeper pranic-energy connection in my teaching. I am finding true life changing balance, joy and understanding at a very deep level. Life is so blessed. I've had the opportunity to study with an amazing group of yoga teachers and experience first-hand the healing power of yoga in my personal, professional and athletic life. My goal is to continue to share the beauty of yoga, and to provide all of us a beautiful safe place to practice and grow together Show less
