  With my movement to a Director’s position I retained the responsibility of overseeing all marketing and business development activities at Woodhouse. In addition, the position includes a more strategic visionary outlook in terms of identifying exactly who we are, what we want to achieve and how we are going to achieve it. Having progressed as business development manager, my new position incorporated developing this role and taking full responsibility for the company’s marketing efforts, as well as maintaining my role of ensuring sufficient sales were made to make sure organisational targets were met. Managing a small team of employees working to deliver companywide sales targets. As business development manager, my role was to motivate and manage a team of telesales experts, making sure that enough leads and prospective clients were contacted in order to ensure the flow of our sales pipeline. In addition to this, for successful sales, I also project managed all furniture arrangements and installations for clients where this was an inclusion of our on-site activity. Responsible for the company sales pipeline, my first position at Woodhouse Workspace included intense telesales of 130+ calls a day in order to build up and maintain our client base. The role consisted of high volume interactions with senior prospect clients and follow-ups to maintain relationships and to bring sufficient number of enquiries to achieve our business objectives.
