      MS degree with a combined 6 month Dietetic Internship at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh,PA. Completion enabled me to sit for the Dietetic Registration exam to become a Registered Dietitian.

Chart assessment, patient visitation, education including handout materials and then completion of the SOAP note to include the Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan for patient care. Extracurricular activities for the hospital included being a part of the yearly calendar by agreeing to being photographed riding my ten speed bicycle, newspaper article on the Joy of Soy, teaching Diabetes Mellitus Education Class for the in/outpatients, member of the Stroke Team and deveoping a Stroke Menu.
