  As the student engineer in charge at 12th Man Productions, I oversee all the technical and engineering aspects of Texas A&M University's ESPN broadcasts and in-venue big screen shows. This includes assigning field engineers to resolve any issues, monitoring all video and audio signals during events, running transmission with ESPN headquarters, and performing real time maintenance and repairs on all hardware and software systems pertinent to A&M athletics. Outside of the control room I test systems in the field, set up broadcast equipment, climb the in-venue big screens to test equipment and perform maintenance, and work as a network technician in the 12th Man Productions server room.
