Responsibilities managing STEM team members consisted of providing quantitative and qualitative feedback to teachers, developing rapport and community through team meetings, conducting weekly, biweekly, and monthly meetings for STEM department and staff meetings. Extra-curricular responsibilities included organizing and directing the science fair, building STEM competition teams (e.g., mat team), arranging for STEM professionals and STEM university representatives to give talks at Urban Prep, organizing computer science and robotics clubs to lay the groundwork for computer science and robotics programs.Technology responsibilities included tracking technology lending via spreadsheets and barcode system, managing the borrowing system of computer carts for in-class instruction, advising administration on potential technology purchases, needs, and implementation.
