Our product portfolio includes Cashflow Manager™, Wages Manager™, Accountancy network portal Inner Circle™, and a mobile accounting solution okke™ for Australia's self-employed.❖ I have repositioned and restructured operational teams for effective delivery, commercial growth❖ Adopted best of breed delivery practices to facilitate different needs (SAFe, Scrum, and ITIL). ~60FTE.❖ Consolidated disparate functions to significantly reduce overheads and renegotiated key contracts. ❖ Regulatory alignment to meet new ATO standards for open banking, and uplift ISO27001 to 2022 cyber security standards.❖ Reset the Product Vision to align to market demand and subscriber trends. Embedded new OKR’s and OGSM framework.❖ Launch of the Mobile App for okke™, and repurposed/white labelled as Companion App for Cashflow-Manager™ business.❖ Introduced AI, Analytics for data driven digital market spend, using Twilio Segment.
