  As the sole Rep in Serre chevalier. I was responsible for the resort as a whole. Pre-season I set up agreements with suppliers and carried out accommodation checks, update company portfolios with current information and put together information and resources for guests. During the season I checked accommodation and rooming lists, made reservations, liaised with third party providers (hotels, ski school, hire shops, apres suppliers), carried out airport transfers (Turin), banking and liquidation, delivered Snowbriefs/Welcomes and Departure meetings, accompanied guests on the slopes, troubleshooted and sorted any problems in the resort that may effect my guests. In my spare time I developed my skiing, ski touring and snowboarding skills. Show less
