  Research, propose to the Chairman the initiative over the business activities, standard operating procedure (SOP) to increase operational efficiency of the subsidiaries, with mission and vision to make each subsidiary to be market leader of Vietnam. Supervise and review all business and operation plans of subsidiaries.Research and restructure the organization chart from Corporate level to Properties level to simplify the workflow with sufficient authorization and effective operation. Research the regulation system of subsidiaries regarding to the effectiveness and applicability.Audit all the KPIs and budget performance of subsidiaries. Control and evaluate the applicability in operation of subsidiaries relating to specific regulation. Monthly report in all operational and financial aspects of subsidiaries and submit directly to the Chairman. Show less
