  I was the elected Chairman of our little neighborhood council from 2013 until April 2017. Presently I sit on the council as a director. The council's mission is:"The Beltrami Neighborhood Council inspires and strengthens relationships within the community by empowering our residents to discover their gifts through education and activities. (2015)"When I came to the first council meeting years ago the organization was in trouble and barely functional. Under the leadership and efforts of many Beltrami residents (and some very gifted staff) we are undertaking many outreach and community improvement activities.
