  Since October 2010 I have been team leader for up to four engineers of varying levels of experience from graduate engineer to principal engineer.I have been in charge of their day-to-day welfare and personal development, as well as managing their workload from a projects perspective, tieing-in with the operations department who allocate jobs to engineers. As a senior engineer I am responsible for the day-to-day running of jobs, including writing proposals, client meetings, sub-division of labour, ensuring deadlines are met and my jobs run to budget. I may have several jobs running concurrently.In 2010 I spent three months working from Prospect's Singapore office which had newly opened, providing a common link to the new office to ensure the company's values and ways of working are, as appropriate, carried across.

  Responsible for delivery of qualification analysis of one of Expro's lower landing string products for two key projects. Responsible for delivery of structural and fatigue capacities for projects.Responsible for maintenance of analysis methodologies and creation of validated methodologies to API 17G.Creation of automated VBA post processing and calculation spreadsheets.Part of a team validating the structural analysis methodology against physical testing.
