      Responsible for the overall delivery of stock loss targets, I managed a vast range of responsibilities. Throughout this role, my key achievements have been: • Reducing stock loss by 0.5% in 2015, contributing an additional £5m to the company profit. • Implementing the annual stock schedules. This involves conducting an inventory count, alongside investigating and resolving any discrepancies within the stock take. Within this, I investigate losses in line with PACE. In 2015, this unfortunately resulted in one of the team members admitting to coercing over £5,000 worth of stock. I handled the situation with the upmost professionalism and used it as a chance to educate the wider business. • Managing a team of 20 Loss Prevention Officers, guiding them through investigations. • Carrying out audits in all stores as part of a programme to ensure their company compliance. Here, I carry out checks across all operational processes, covering the stores methods of stock control, loss prevention, cash administration and health & safety. Following my audits, I offer my expertise in order to provide recommendations of improvement and relevant training in any areas where I identify compliance issues. • Overseeing purchase orders in order to investigate goods received that had not been invoiced in order to manage cash flow issues across the UK. • Supporting all stores on their progress in order to aid in the reaching of business KPI’s.
