This involves conducting an inventory count, alongside investigating and resolving any discrepancies within the stock take. Within this, I investigate losses in line with PACE. In 2015, this unfortunately resulted in one of the team members admitting to coercing over £5,000 worth of stock. I handled the situation with the upmost professionalism and used it as a chance to educate the wider business. • Managing a team of 20 Loss Prevention Officers, guiding them through investigations. • Carrying out audits in all stores as part of a programme to ensure their company compliance.
