  MTN Operator is one of the largest telco operator in Africa, and they are operating in 25 countries worldwide (mainly in Africa) I have been involved in the delivery management as EM for the last 2 years and half in a complex region (Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya and Pakistan) and managing up to 3 million budget a year - A new program has been signed on the group level with 3 Million USD to onboard 20,000 employees across 18 operating companies (OPCOs) into their centralized platform in South Africa with O365 - My role here is to manage this program delivery and managing total of 5 separate teams in Microsoft with their Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Consultants and 3 partners - It is 18 Months Program, where I am be accountable for the delivery quality of this program across the 18 OPCOs Show less - I have been involved in the delivery management as EM for the last 2 years and half in a complex region (Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya and Pakistan) and managing up to 3 million budget a year - I have decided to stretch to cover Libya given the potential we have there, and I established a strong pipeline in Libya given that it is a raw market from MCS perspective given the war and the absence of MCS for the last 3 years.- Given that there is no service sales in my region, I am managing the service sales across my region with good coverage and achieved the NWS quota in East Med in FY14.- I am covering the shortage of Project Management roles in the region by acting as Project Manager in some of the engagements given my huge experience in project Management- Secure a long-term relationship with clients through understanding both short & long-term requirements, identifying business opportunities within the accounts and ensuring continuous client satisfaction. - Achieve 200% of the revenue target in FY14 - Establish very good pipeline that we are working in its backlog till now.- Establish very good relationship with all of the enterprise accounts. - Responsible for P&L exercise across my region to make sure of engagement profitability - All resources (40 resources) are reporting dotted line to me during the engagements executions. - Reviews and approves adequate plans for control of planned deliveries, budget spending, research/engineering team efficiency and effectiveness.- Reviews and approves cost control reports, cost estimates, and manpower and facilities requirements forecasts.- Plan, forecast and allocate resources adequately to ensure their maximum utilization and timely availability.- Ensure that Project Managers’ activities meet and exceed client expectations through the smooth execution of the projects.
