      During my work at aftermath Kosovo in various international organization, main focus was on relief of the people affected by wars in Kosovo - Serbia. I was working as Field monitor - assistant (UN World Food Programme) following emergency relief (food and non food items) distribution items, to Internally Displaced People and refugees through International distribution partners (NRC) and as final instance Local Distribution Partner (Red Cross - Serbia). In later stages during work with World Bank (seconded from UNWFP initially and after as consultant) I was deeply involved into establishing permanent scheme of social assistance in north Kosovo.       I did the research of cation diffusion and related degradation phenomena in novel material, La2NiO4+δ, used by Statoil in several industrial processes, as material for oxygen separation membranes. Key issue of the research is to prolong working life of the membrane and increase its stability and oxygen permeation. My research was part of the bigger project “Demonstration of AZEP Reactor Module”, financed by Statoil.Results: Completed research with recommendation for improvement in using separation membranes. Beside coating engineer duties, I also did quality control inspection on several type of coating as NACE Level 2 coating inspector (cert. no. 63320), in Norway and abroad (West Africa), such as, painting of termination heads, parent coating of pipeline and FJC.
