As a note, at that time labor markets were highly shaked by the previous economic crises and many young people were struggling to find a job. In Montenegro, there was a big pressure on Public Sector where young people saw a chance for a safe and stable jobs. My ability to create an opportunity in those hard times, and to step out of Public sector and make deep dive into unknown and uncertain was one of the brightest and bravest thing to do at that time.
