  Led the merger of two organizations, which included management re-casting, base closures, personnel consolidation, organizational streamlining, team re-building, and significant capital asset rationalization. Established industry-best Standard Operating Procedures, and introduced new business practices, such as Emergency Response Plans and IS-BAO.
