      Searching For the Next Adventure

I am strongly oriented toward safety and team excellence in professionalism and performance. All of my previous teams have ended up in a better place due to my leadership and managing influence. My next adventure will ideally include leadership and management responsibilities similar to previous positions. My "servant leader" style readily adapts to, and is experienced with, leading teams in change and development.
