This new foundry won foundry of the year for the United States in 2005.How did we win? - truly embraced six sigma - I helped certify 8 black belts, over 30 green belts and 1 master black belt.Completed Dale Carnegie course and many Steven Covey "Seven Habits of Effective People" courses.

  Plant Controller for $60 million / year iron foundry for the automotive industry. Green Belt certified and Black Belt trained in Six Sigma.Opportunity to learn lean manufacturing directly from Toyota.Through team effort and guidance, CWC Textron went from 10% loss to 10% profit.Green Belt project took us off from local utility and unto the market by buying electricity off the grid.Worked closely with purchasing on hedging and commercial on pricing and contract negotiation.

  Site Controller for TIMET (Titanium Metals Corporation), purchased by Precision Castparts, and in January 2016 purchased by Berkshire Hathaway. Our Henderson facility is the only facility in the United States that can take raw ore and produce titanium ingot through chemical processes. I work closely with operations and continuous improvement to improve our cost structure, while ensuring all maintaining GAAP compliance.in 2012, 8% profit - now over 20% profit in 2016, while improving SOX scores significantly. Teaming up with Vice President of North American Melt Operations to improve other TIMET melt shops in North America.Director Of Operations from August 20Fy was closed down. In April 2023, added responsibilities for Western Pacific Precast - Concrete precast girders, stadia, soundwall, etc.... In December 2023, added additional CFO responsibilities for multiple concrete ready mix facilities throughout the southwest.
