  Manage a team of 18-20 engineers and designers who develop OEM equipment designs to fulfill orders of OEM equipment for Wagstaff's worldwide customer base of aluminum smelters and recyclers. Support a worldwide sales team in a technical engineering role. Responsible for proposal generation related to new and retrofit installations. Includes worldwide travel to customer sites, most recently in China, Germany, Czech Republic, North Eastern Canada, Spain, France, Belgium and Bahrain. Evaluated and implemented new CAD and data management systems across all engineering departments at the company.Took a 2 month break to fulfill an on-site engineering contract at a customer site in Saudi Arabia where I managed equipment improvements and repairs performed by contract laborers. Designed casting systems for the aluminum industry. Supported design activities from approval phase through design, manufacturing and installation. Customer travel included visits to China, Italy, UAE, Canada and Mexico.
