  With over 25 years of experience in acute care pharmacy and clinical pharmacy informatics, I am passionate about improving patient outcomes and quality of care through evidence-based medicine (EBM) and electronic health records (EHR). As the EBM Coordinator / Clinical Informatics Pharmacist at DCH Health System, I lead the development, build, and implementation of EBM order sets, protocols, clinical pathways. I have been a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist since 2018 and have worked with Meditech Magic and Expanse. I also had the opportunity to participate in the build of a new Meditech Expanse EHR system, primarily for pharmacy but also have extensive experience in Order Management and Patient Care Services modules. I collaborate regularly with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide education and training on EHR systems, workflows, and best practices, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
