  As a project manager, I took the initiative in making the project plans and communicated this to my team members, and steered the team through the entire analysis of business needs, consumers' adoption, and the competitive strategies to attain a competitive advantage. As soon as we deviated from our project plan, I pro-actively looked for the root of the cause and tried to come up with a solution to deliver a good product and good results on time. I also led my project group through the design process of an antenna rotator for this company that improves the efficiency of their systems and increased the profits.Ultimately, this project was nominated for the Betafactory Award, a prize awarded by project coordinators of The Hague University of Applied Sciences, to the student team that has carried out the best project. Our team is a pioneer in the Heat Transition field and at the forefront of developing innovative and environmentally responsible energy solutions. In this role, I am continuously developing my technical expertise as well as strengthening my commitment to sustainability. I ensure that our new customers can safely and properly provide themselves with heat and also continuous providing our current customers a reliable heat network.I am specialized in the hydraulic, thermal, and technical areas of the design of district heating networks, pipeline systems, and the installations.
