He reduced external legal costs in the first year by over 90%.Managing all legal issues in the Campaign's negotiation with Imperial Cancer Research Fund, David completed the largest UK charities merger to form Cancer Research UK, a new charity with voluntary income in excess of £235 million.David also served as Secretary to the Board of Trustees and was also a member of the Finance & Investment Committees.
