May 2017 - Jun 2017Internship TraineeKinetic Engineering Ltd is a pioneer in the automobile sector when it comes to two wheelers.Right from launching the first indigenous Luna Moped in India in 1975 to sponsoring the "The Man of the Match"' award in the Indian Cricket Series, Kinetic Engineering Limited always embark its footprints in the Indian Auto Industry.KEL is currently engaged in the manufacturing and production of gear boxes of various leading autombile manufacturers like Mahindra , Ashok Layland , Renault etc. Also there are various other segments and products like Yoke , American axle etc.Working in the industry in tool room in the first half and consequently learning about all the mechanical process in the second half was truly a great pleasure.Learning and Interacting with the pundit's in the market was an opportunity that every engineer would be glad to seek.Various processes in Gear Manufacturing like gear cutting , broaching , shaving , hobbing were witnessed practically.Also the exposure to various forging machines , castings , furnaces addded to the knowledge upto a great extent.
