This includes handling manual check payments for both Finxera (CORE) and Crossroads Financial Technologies (Relief), managing payment transactions for 10 debt settlement companies, and working with a team of 25+ payment operations members both at our headquarters and offshore teams.I monitor 300 business entity accounts and over 200K consumer Special Purpose Accounts, while leveraging my expertise in payment fundamentals, including wires, ACH, the NACHA rules, phone payments, bill pay, checks, and credit/debit cards. I work closely with the Finance Director to maintain and build daily and monthly reconciled reports, research uncleared payments, and reach out to lenders and customers to resolve any issues.My role also involves conducting payment assurances to ensure on-time payments for our clients and suggesting product UI improvements to our Product Engineering team.
