Advises superiors on appropriate actions to take in administrative actions, both punitive and rewarding. Oversees drug prevention program for the company and conducts all urinalysis events. Managed an inventory in excess of $4M that included approximately 300-400 major components including weapons, optics, support items (holsters, weapons cages), and shipping containers. Engaged in several multi-item transfers (lateral transfers) to neighboring units and transported approximately 75 percent of this inventory to Afghanistan and back with no loss of property. Operated an array of various Army radio platforms and encryption devices to ensure unit's capabilities in theater were not compromised. Programmed all radio systems and monitored several stations simultaneously to send and receive vital mission reports. Expert in troubleshooting all radio platforms in common use at the time.
