  I was responsible to lead my team to 1 - organizing all of esme events from A to Z. 2 - Providing logistical needs as equipment, transportation. 3 - Introducing instructors to audiences in our events. 4 - Handling and acquiring any materials needed by the chapter. 5 - Taking photos and recording videos of the eventslogistics manager was the first position for me logistics committee not concerned with developing organization skills but can be develop your communication and presentation skills.my mission 1 - increase the rank of esme su sc in our collage and make our event more professional2 - develop my members in non-technical skills and produce more than leader at end of the season3 - increase marketing efficiency by enhance photos taken during events my favorite event was carrier launcher for many reasons 1 - carrier launcher was the biggest event under my supervision2 - learning me how to work under stress and show importance of member motivation 3 - the most useful event during season for the metallurgical student many of problems faced me but by Confidence between me and the board we can solved them .thanks for my team which work hard to increase rank of esme firstly then rank of committee.
