Collaborated closely with Instructional and Graphic Designers to concept, storyboard, align on design, and develop software walkthroughs, eLearnings, video series, and more. Managed internal video shoots at HQ, including project intake with SMEs, determining a project plan, set-up, recording, and editing. Established the team standard for recording/editing voiceover in Audition and editng walkthroughs in Camtasia to maintain consistency. Also created resources by popular demand to walk beginners through editing MS Teams meetings in Premiere Pro, getting talent ready for a successful video shoot, and properly framing /recording video on a smartphone. Stretch opportunities included partnering with Corporate Finance to account for department budget accruals and forecasting, working with Talent Acquisition to interview talent for an open position on the team, and launching Diverst, the Company’s first social platform for BRGs.
