  Starting as a consultant, I was mostly involved in strategic IT planning, BPR, and IT technology consulting for a couple of years. Thereafter, as a project manager for next three years, my capabilities of managing people, developing business, and keeping good relationships with customers were verified while delivering complex and large projects especially in public sectors. After becoming the product owner who is responsible for development and sales of a product, I reengineered GE PACS (Picture Archiving Communication Systems) and successfully develop a Samsung PACS called RAYPAX. I tried to market RAYPAX to US and Far East market such as Singapore, Thai, Malaysia and China for the last two years with Samsung SDS but unfortunately PACS market started to get invigorated around 2005. About 40 million USD budget was assigned to IEIS project for three consecutive years.

As CIO and the head of ICT Strategic Planning Division, I am responsible for achieving ICT goals by developing strategies and executing various IT projects of which annual budget reaches almost 500 million USD. CMMI level 2 has been certified in all three areas at the end of 2011. More than 200 seminars have been done by a newly developed education and training program.
