  In this position,I am the responsible of the IR Calls with the LCs from all around the world to discuss certain topics, responsible of EP tracking, responsible for Consideration Process, IR Call Management and Tracking, Increasing Conversion Rates and such. In this position, I participated in a team which helped exchange participants that are coming from all around the world to visit our country and participate in AIESEC's global volunteer opportunity. I got the chance to develop unique set of skills. In this position, I participated in a team which takes care of the Global Volunteer Product sales operation. I arranged meetings with different types of establishments and executed well-planned speeches. I got the chance to improve my formal speech skills, ability to remain calm during presentations and I learned how to execute a well-organized sales plan with "fixer" mind-set.
