      I regulate employment conditions in factories and other workplaces as regards the safety, health, environment and welfare of persons employed therein. That is, I conduct Health and Safety inspections in Factories, Construction sites, Garages, treatment plants and do a hazard inventory.• Occupational incidents/accidents and illness investigation; I determine underlying occupational health and safety deficiencies and other factors that might be causing or contributing to the occurrence of incidents and also identify the need for corrective action.• Identification and management of health and safety risks in different sites and also facilitate hazard and effects management process, contribute to risk studies or surveys and identify controls and allocate responsibilities for control measures. • I also help different factories, treatment plants and construction sites come up with workplace health and safety programmes, as a result reducing hazards and their health risks. • Evaluation of compliance; advices factories, construction site, garages and other workplaces to consistently adhere or comply with health and safety regulation of Botswana and international standards.• Analysis of environmental and occupational health and safety risk factors through surveys and sampling. Using various equipments to monitor the acceptance level of environmental and workplace stressors.• I am familiar with some of the statutes, regulations, policies and procedures of work place health and safety.• Occupational Health and Safety workshop; conducting health and safety inductions in factories, construction sites, schools, garages, and other stakeholders.
