  As Lead Structural Engineer/ Deputy Team Leader responsible in overlooking the holistic activities and works of the team but not limited to the projects on hand in all aspects, attends administrative meetings and reviews proposed contract details, delegates and monitors consultant’s all levels of services (i.e. structural assessments, studies and assigned principal/general/specialist bridge inspections), monitors contractor’s actions for all corrective maintenance works for bridges, underpasses and other minor highway structures, monitors team’s all levels of inspections through Enterprise Assets Management Systems (EAMS) and Bridge Management System (BMS), monitors and reviews team’s support of review of structural assessments and material approvals for minor highway structures and performs and coordinates assets handover procedures for bridges• Performs site inspections of bridges and other minor highway structures (ITS – Intelligent Transportation Systems gantries, traffic signal, street lighting and high mast, signage poles/ gantries, safety furniture) subjected for maintenance and assessment as per request• Reviews the proposed contract’s details, scope and BOQ• Reviews (peer) and delegates structural assessments, design calculations, analyses and detailed drawings on bridges and other minor highway structures• Coordinates to Handover Team for structures/ bridges for available requirements for projects turnover to Ashghal.
