  Software asset management, compliance and optimization. I am currently working on entitlements for VMware, IBM, and Oracle. I am my department me for our transition to service now for procurement and software delivery. I also have experience with FlexeraOne. I currently work on projects involving Software delivery, compliance, and optimization. My main project right now is migrating software to the cloud. I oversee two (2) union employees who have responsibility for distributing software throughout AT&T. This includes both desktop and high end software. I oversaw 10 union employees who processed internal communication requests through five internal mailboxes. I have implemented process improvements to deal with the high volume of emails (over 1,000 per week). Vendor Management-SHI, HP & Dell Created tools using MS Access to monitor and address fallout from corporate discovery tool. Worked with both HP & Dell as vendors. Starting in June 2010 I picked up a new responsibility; verification, update and complete software requests utlizing the HP Asset Center application. This involves verifying & updating financial information, system names and non-standard software requests.
