Analyze Components and Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of components, develop Pareto charts, and conduct root cause analysis to identify key problem areas and underlying causes of failures. b. Prepare Failure Analysis Reports: Develop initial Failure Analysis Reports for components experiencing critical failures and propose corrective actions. c. Monitor Field Test Components and Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Oversee and track field test components, monitor the implementation of CSI initiatives, and ensure that results meet performance standards. d.
