Providing excellent customer service for the fuel and gift card industry.I learned how to communicate advanced technical procedures to those who are not technically skilled and made it a point to become a master in that area. I designed and implemented over 200 pages of HTML technical documentation that was later compiled into a successful trainer's manual after that portion of the company was up for sale.

Coordinated with 3rd party companies when needed, many times ending up with lower costs and a stronger relationship with the product / service supplier.Resolved and documented up to 20 inbound issues a day of varying complexities by means of telephone, email, and projects. I played a major role in relocating this fast-growing company's technical operations department Brentwood, TN to Lacey, WA.Organized and performed up to 20 training sessions a week with existing customers and sales agents on the use of the company's many products.Examined desktop computer system for Technical Operations and surrounding departments and determined when new, upgraded, or replacement components would be needed. Located the best deals, ordered the components, and installed them.Replaced a non-existent inventory system for $50,000 worth of on-site and off-site equipment.Administered shipping across 4 offices in different states. I successfully negotiated a deal with the shipping company that saved over $5000 a year in hidden costs.Designed over 50 written papers using Microsoft Publisher that detailed technical procedures in a format that was suitable for distribution to clients. This saved the company's time by lowering, and in some cases, eliminating the need for additional training on the use of the product. Communicating with 3rd party distributors to lower prices, expedite orders, and build quality relationships. Show less
