  Acting as Head of Digital Technology• Delivered an Online Transformation program to align all Consumer IT Digital Channels into one delivery team by joining up the disparate Web and App organisations. As a result I identified the savings that eventually lead me to volunteer for redundancy.• Identified the opportunity to expand the Digital Optimisation internal agency to cover all Digital related aspects of Market technical support and consultancy, including solution architecture for all digital components (App, portal, shop, search, etc). Rolled out the Digital performance monitoring and Analytics into My Vodafone Apps in all 21 markets, ensuring standardised reporting of KPIs to ExCo and consistent market improvements in performance and customer satisfaction based on actionable insights. • Technical consultancy into the strategic Digital Transformation program, shaping it from an Online (Web and App) program into a companywide initiative covering all customer and employee touch points. This required direct engagement with all commercial and technology stakeholders across Digital. • Delivered CVM technical strategy and blueprint in alignment with the Group Commercial strategy, and the Market Digital Capability Maps and assessments against this strategy. Initiated the work-stream to bring all markets to advanced CVM by using the already proven Optimisation techniques. This required very close working relationships with commercial colleagues to ensure technology challenges are fully understood within the context of business requirements.• Operational program management of multiple 3rd parties from large partners like Infosys, smaller ones like NTT Data, and specific solution providers like Soasta (Akamai), Adobe, and Compuware. • Decommissioned the Group managed legacy Online components across the remaining 7 markets, resulting in significant Group OpEx savings with zero operational outage or customer impact. Achieved a 50% reduction in average page load times across the whole of Vodafone Group (21 markets) within 6 months and an annual global ROI of €23M. Ensured all the services we delivered were rigorously backed by business cases and followed up with proven benefit realisation.• Expanded the service and team to build an internal Digital Optimisation Agency covering customer experience across analytics (Adobe), CVM, SEO and Real User Monitoring. This required manging and operating services across multiple external suppliers / agencies, with cascading SLAs and end to end solution validation.• Leveraged strong Stakeholder Management and business consultancy skills to ensure close technical and commercial alignment on Digital strategy and delivery.
