  During my time at Elliott's on Linden, I mastered the ability to give excellent service within a fine-dining setting and fostered close relationships with many regular customers. Paying close attention to detail and performing all steps of service properly was essential to ensure that all of my guests' needs were met. From professional wine service to descriptive dessert presentations, I offered a multitude of services that made dining at our restaurant feel like an exclusive experience. Broadening my knowledge on the different types of wine allowed me to help my guests choose the right wine based on their taste preferences. By the end of my time at Elliott's, I was considered an experienced veteran and was afforded the opportunity to serve and help organize many large parties, wine dinners, and special events.   - Assumed responsibility for organizing chapter’s 6th Annual Regional Conference with nearly 100 attendees, including 20+ from outside universities.- Recruited a Conference Committee and Events Director to work alongside with during planning process and delegated responsibility.- Raised $7,500 in funding and increased conference revenue by 2.5x compared to previous year.- Organized the AMA Business Case Competition and pre-conference social event. As the VP of Website Content for NC State's AMA I assumed responsibilities that involveddeveloping new web-design, updating information regarding upcoming events, andcreating pages that better inform our members. This role required me to consistently coordinate with other executive board members to obtain important information needed for uploading. I was also given the opportunity to select a candidate from a pool of applicants to work with me as the Director of Website Content.

  - Collaborated with two fellow interns to investigate generational trends amongst Gen Z through conducting primary and secondary research (Interviewed 20+ doctors). Incorporated the discovered trends' relevance into the field of dentistry, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior level management.- Analyzed scan volume data for granted iTero intraoral scanners within the educational grant program.
