  I create dynamic learning experiences to bring very technical content to life for the learner. I am the chief instructional designer at Ignitor Labs, a company dedicated to addressing the training needs of our clients in the commercial food equipment field. In 4 years, I have designed and written 100+ e-learning modules on a variety of technical topics and developed proficiency in teaching technical troubleshooting, sequence of operation, maintenance, installation, and repair of commercial restaurant equipment. By working with OEM or service industry SMEs, I have created comprehensive training on a variety of ice makers, beverage dispensers, ovens, fryers, water filtration systems, chilled display cases, coffee machines, holding cabinets, toasters, hoods, ice machines, ovens, grills, and HVACR systems for top industry leaders. I have designed comprehensive courses on servicing Electrical Equipment, HVACR, and a Commercial Refrigeration. In 2020 I've completed courses to train technicians servicing Hydrocarbon Refrigerants and Electrical and Gas Equipment, as well as a course training authorized representatives to sell FDA cleared Class II medical devices. My next project is a groundbreaking new course to train Refrigeration technicians using self-paced courses in place of ILT.
