      Activities and Societies: Student government at the dorm level. IU is not just a great school, but the Bloomington campus is a beautiful, romantic place to be young in. I am glad that I am still in touch with many of my IU friends.

I formed a large number of the new non-profits established in Butler County during the '80s, '90's and the early 2000's.I was also active in volunteer work with area Chambers of Commerce and other non-profit agencies.

      I advise on estate planning and administration, and prepare estate planning documents such as Wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills and more. I set up, advise, and help buy, and sell small businesses. I set up and advise many local non-profit organizations. I prepare and review complicated legal documents for my clients, such as commercial leases, employment contracts and severance agreements. Examples I attend many continuing education courses each year to stay current with my fields of practice. In Ohio ( I am also licensed in other states) I am a certified specialist in the fields of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust law. I also am a civil mediator for the local common pleas court.
