  Due to newly imposed restrictions on foreign ownership of media in Russia, I led what later was recognized as an unprecedented deal on the Russian media market: buy-back of Wolters Kluwer stake in the JV and merger with another large media player in Russia & CIS – Action Media. The combined business now has over 2200 FTEs and is the largest professional media on the Russian & CIS markets.
