  Advancing my career as a Software Engineer at Peerlogic, a pioneering force in the conversational AI sector for the dental industry, I assumed the integral role of Integrations Engineer. This position involved seamlessly integrating third-party VOIP providers, including GoTo, Bandwidth, Netsapiens, RingCentral, NexHealth, and others, into our proprietary platform. The complexity of this task required subscribing to their webhooks for real-time call data, downloading audio, and utilizing cloud functions from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to process transcripts and extract valuable insights.Beyond integration, I leveraged Vue.js to develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces, enhancing the overall user experience for both internal teams and external clients. Vue.js proved instrumental in creating dynamic and interactive features, aligning seamlessly with the real-time nature of our conversational AI product.An additional facet of my responsibilities included implementing an automated deployment pipeline using GitHub Actions for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
