      I have previously been a research assistant in the Haran Research Group at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My research focuses on advanced motors and drives, particularly their application in the aerospace industry. I have previously been a teaching assistant for ECE 445, Senior Design Project Laboratory, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I am responsible for development, improvement, and maintenance of the electrical systems being used by Dr. Jeremy Guest's research group studying electrical generation from algal colonies.

      ECE 445 Hall of Fame Lextech Senior Design Best Engineered Project Award University of Illinois Dec 2015 This project is an automatic solution to the problem of over-watering and under-watering crops grown by subsistence farmers in developing nations. Additionally, this project is able to operate from backup power for several months during periods when power from an electrical grid is not available.
