  i did multiple roles throughout my time at the Kinmel such as waiting on at Christmas partys, weddings , family functions with my main role being behind the bar serving drinks. During this role my mental maths skill quickly improved as i had to quickly add multiple drink prices in my head to get through the many customers i had each night. i also had to turn down the bar which involved me cleaning the bar and all the glasses, filling up fridges and rotating stock and filling up ice.
